Growing up in both Beloit and Janesville Wisconsin, I began my photography journey with landscape and still life images. Soon after beginning my creative endeavor, I developed a deep-rooted love for capturing other people’s happiest moments. Watching others smile makes my soul happy.
About eight years ago, my father fell ill. I found that photographing things that brought my heart joy was a wonderful way to express myself and bring some calm to my life. I still find photography a lovely connection I will forever have with him and am thankful for all the support he gave me while I began this venture.
Along with my sweet pup, Sophia Rayne, my daughter Astrid holds my entire heart. It’s because of her that I love to capture the beauty in people’s lives. She shares my fun-loving and bright personality and always keeps me grounded.
